“Jessica was the best keynote speaker in terms of relevance and interest that I’ve ever heard at a conference.”
About
When Jess Lawrence hits the road, it’s never just about the miles—it’s about the message. Through her Road to Rhode and Pedal to the Pitch cycling journeys, Jess transforms the simple act of pedaling into a powerful metaphor for resilience, adaptability, and purpose-driven leadership.
Each ride is a living keynote—weeks and months of challenges, recalculations, unexpected detours, and hard-earned victories. From solo climbs over relentless mountain passes to headwinds that test her grit, Jess brings back stories that inspire audiences to push past comfort zones, embrace uncertainty, and commit to their own extraordinary goals.
Her keynote, Do Something Extraordinary, is not just a talk—it’s an invitation. Drawing on real moments from the road, Jess challenges teams, leaders, and organizations to think bigger, adapt faster, and build the stamina needed for lasting impact.
Whether you’re seeking inspiration for your next big initiative or a reminder that your own “road” is worth the ride, Jess delivers a keynote that connects, uplifts, and sparks action.
